This session is balancing and nurturing for body and soul. Closing the time of birth, rebalancing your body and being, ready to step forward in a grounded and balanced way. There is time to have your birth story heard, whether this was 2 weeks or 20 years ago, imbalance in your body will be assessed. We then move to rebalancing the bones and soft tissues in your body, which also allows trauma that is held in the body to be released to allow yourself to come back to a state of ease. This nurturing session helps your body and being process birth and supports you to step into a freer, yet deeper rooted version of yourself.

This session is balancing and nurturing for body and soul. Closing the time gone by, rebalancing your body and being, ready to step forward in a grounded and balanced way. There is time to be heard regarding the time that you would like to close, this maybe a loss in your life, a trauma, a time of 'over giving' in your life or anything you would like to move forward from, imbalance in your body will be assessed. We then move to rebalancing the bones and soft tissues in your body, which also allows trauma that is held in the body to be released to allow yourself to come back to a state of ease. This nurturing session helps your body and being process what has been held in the body and supports you to step into a freer, yet deeper rooted version of yourself.
